The first 40 days, taken care of
The first 40 days after delivery – the sutika kaal – are when Ayurveda asks a mother to rest, rebuild and be cared for. This kit brings together the herbs, oils and classical preparations traditionally used in Indian homes during this time, so the family doesn’t have to collect them one by one.
It was first put together by our panel of Ayurvedic doctors for mothers in Sanskar Shakti’s (SSK) Garbh Sanskar programme, and is now available for every new family.

Delivery and payment
- Dispatched within 1–2 working days, delivered in 2–5 days. A tracking link is sent as soon as the kit ships.
- ₹3,300 includes courier.
- Pay by UPI, card or netbanking, or Cash on Delivery for ₹50 extra.
Safety
Use each item as advised by your Ayurvedic doctor. Items for internal use, especially the baby’s Bal Songthi and KD-52 drops, should only be given in the dose your doctor advises. Do a patch test before using oils or powders on baby’s skin. After a C-section, check with your doctor before starting massage or any internal medicine. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place.
