Frequently asked questions
When should I order the kit?
In the last month of pregnancy, so it is home before you are. Add your due date at checkout and we’ll plan dispatch around it.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 working days, and the courier delivers in 2–5 days. You’ll get a tracking link as soon as your kit ships.
Is courier included?
Yes. Courier is free on the kit. You pay ₹3,280 after the automatic 20% discount.
Can I use the kit after a C-section?
The massage and bath items are part of routine postnatal care, but after a C-section please check with your doctor before starting massage or any internal medicine.
How do I give the baby's drops and Gutthi?
Only in the dose your doctor advises. Never start internal medicines for a newborn without your doctor’s guidance.
I'm breastfeeding. Are the mother's items safe to take?
They are traditionally used during the postnatal period. Take them as advised by your Ayurvedic doctor, and tell them about any other medicines you take.
Can I order for a friend or relative?
Yes. Enter their delivery address at checkout. The kit makes a thoughtful baby-shower or godh bharai gift.
Can I buy single items later?
Yes. Every item in the kit is available on its own, so you can reorder what runs out during your 40 days.
How do I pay?
UPI, debit or credit card and netbanking through PhonePe’s secure checkout, or Cash on Delivery for ₹50 extra (₹3,330 in total).
Can I return the kit?
Opened or used products can’t be returned. If your kit arrives damaged or with a wrong item, email us photos or a video within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll sort it out. Approved refunds take 5–7 days. Read the full return policy.
